I just wish some docto...This is absolutely spot on! I just wish some doctors understood this. Yes, things can be because of our existing conditions, but sometimes they aren't. Even the things that are caused by our existing conditions need medical treatment. I saw a GP about my knee a few years ago. She told me it was 'normal' & just my hypermobility (I'd not had my EDS dx at this point). It turned out that it was my 'hypermobility' & that my knee cap was in the wrong place, requiring surgery! Needless to say, I have never seen that GP again! Have you ever been tested for Lyme?
